What a beautiful week we’ve had. The leaves are turning to gold and the nights are cool. The last of the colds are drying up and thanksgiving is here. A time to remember the family, our homes, the place where we belong. Far more important than blood pressure, cholesterol and smoking, the best predictor of good health into old age is whether you are still living with your husband or wife and especially your family.
